Unidentified vandals are spreading nails and other tire-puncturing objects on the roads that the Canadian Freedom Convoy are using.
When goons commit crimes that favor the regime's wishes, the "security" and "justice" forces do absolutely nothing to prevent those crimes or to punish the perpetrators. This state of affairs is known as anarcho-tyranny.
