The best desktop effects software, Beryl, runs in low end computers just fine!

Believe it or not, Beryl works just fine in low-end computers. Though this video was captured at 640x480, Beryl does an average of 30 frames per second at 1024x768 on a computer with a 5-year old GeForce 2 MX, and is impeccably fluid at 800x600.

The window wobble plugin is disabled for a perceptible performance boost. The computer's CPU is an AMD Athlon XP 2400+.
