Five reasons to watch House M.D.

Do you watch House M.D.? I do. I can’t miss a single episode. I dunno about you, but here are my top five reasons to be whack about House:

* The medicine: every single episode carries a medical mystery that (while not always accurate) is plausible and keeps me clawing at the TV. But (most interesting) you do not need to know medicine to understand House.
* Cameron and Thirteen: gorgeous, both of them. I’m liking Thirteen more every day. But I’d tap them both any day.
* Cuddy vs. House: he always takes potshots at her, but most of the time she delivers stunningly strong comebacks.
* The Wilson / House dynamic: how can someone be so patient with a stubborn asshole of a friend, and at the same time be able to make the asshole think? It’s about the ping-pong of ideas, insults and remarks between them.
* Gregory House himself: he is an ugly, misogyinistic motherfucker who is always on drugs and booze, sneers at people, makes offensive jokes and remarks, hurts everyone around him, makes me crack up at least five times per episode (every single of his remarks has that kind of sideline humor embedded in it, plus the delivery both in facial expressions and tone of voice)… and he is always right, and he always wins.

House fucking rules. It’s the best TV series I’ve ever watched in my life.

Porque, desde este último martes, se alinean tres planetas: Bones, Nip/Tuck y HOUSE. Sí, señor, el martes de ahora en adelante ha llegado a un nuevo nivel de chepura. Si estás vivo, y no te gusta ninguna de estas series, eres un enfermo acabado.

You know what I loved about the earthquake of a few hours ago? That it woke me up and allowed me to get House M.D.’s season premiere. Will it be lupus this time? Off to watch House, folks!

…a two-hour single episode of Nip/Tuck and House M.D combined. Put Troy, McNamara and House together… it’s guaranteed to be a bomb!

In the meantime, however, I guess I’ll have to settle for Scrubs and House combos.

I just watched House M.D.’s episode All in, on Universal Channel.

Good episode. If you want a review, you won’t find it here, so just read the linked article — I’m gonna talk about House M.D. in general.

I absolutely love that series. I mean, what’s not to love? A diagnostician (doctor) who’s:

ugly-ass
completely devoid of any desire to project humanity towards others
persistent in unethical acts
drug-addicted to Vicodin and, most importantly
always does what he thinks — and he’s always right

And, of course, a gorgeous blonde doctor (played by Jennifer Morrison, which is a gorgeous — darn, she’s married — woman in real life). Did I mention that Sela Ward was on a couple episodes from the first season? She’s gorgeous too.

Definitely my kind of series.
