Really, Americans have an imbecile for a president!

Take a look at this photo. Notice anything strange with the binoculars Dubya is holding? Like, for example, that the protective dust caps are on?

I'd be ashamed to have that guy as the president of my country. And, please note, I'm living in a Latin American country!
